Lester joined ABC Business Sales in 2015 as a Business Broker on the General Team.

Before becoming a Business Broker, Lester ran his own successful business for 30 years, with extensive experience in face-to-face interactions and sales. Building a strong business relationship is a crucial part of the process when working with a business owner in the sale of a business they have spent years building.

Lester’s achievements at ABC Business Sales include being named Trusted Advisor of the Year 2018, Auckland No. 1 Salesperson in 2018 and 2020, and a Top 10 National Sales Awards recipient in 2023.

Passionate about volunteer work, Lester serves on the Hobsonville Point Residents Society and mentors final-year students at Westlake Boys High School through the "Open Ground" business program. In 2023, he was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the school for his dedicated service.

Lester has been married to Joelle for nearly 40 years, and they have three wonderful adult children living nearby. To unwind, Lester enjoys Low & Slow BBQ, playing golf, and following Supercars.
