Scott Mathieson

Scott Mathieson is the owner and Co-Founder of “Working In,” one of New Zealand's largest immigration and international recruitment consultancies. For over 20 years, Working In has helped New Zealand employers access highly skilled people from around the world through an ethical and transparent model, fostering relationships with hundreds of New Zealand employers who frequently look offshore to find skilled talent.

Before founding Working In, Scott organized international student recruitment events, including Salão do Estudante in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, where he began his enduring connection with Brazil. Scott lives in Auckland with his partner and two teenage children.
