Her expertise encompasses diverse skills, including business development, innovative solutions, and compliance.

One of her outstanding achievements was working alongside the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) to change legislation and establish the container hubbing program outside traditional port locations in New Zealand. This innovative solution addressed growing port congestion issues during the pandemic. Giovana played a crucial role in designing and launching the Tauranga LCL Gateway program, which expanded the main consolidation areas in the country beyond Auckland and Christchurch.
